Transparency International

Transparency International (TI) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to promote integrity, accountability and fairness in order to decrease corrupt practices. Novel advised the Dutch department of TI on their new communication strategy in order to better meet the stakeholder interests. On the basis of a pressure cooker-session the core brand values of TI were defined and incorporated in the brand strategy. This resulted in an enhancement of the membership base and a more appropriate communication strategy.
