Novel was asked to coordinate and implement communications surrounding WorldTalks &Co. Starting with a strategic communication plan, Novel made sure all communications were disseminated via owned channels and those of relevant stakeholders. Also, Novel engaged influencers and organisations within its network and took on an advisory role in programming the events.
A tailored presence on the online channels of stakeholders ensured the pilot had a noted presence among target audiences. The direct engagement of influencers and other interested parties resulted in three sold-out events. Upon continuation, the strategic communication plan serves as a blueprint for further communications.
